Tampa-based technology services firm Tribridge is expanding. The company, which employs 500, plans to buy Intelladon, a 100-employee talent management consultant company also based in Tampa. The deal joins Tony DiBenedetto, Tribridge’s CEO and co-founder of the Tampa Bay Technology Forum, and Marc Blumenthal, Intelladon’s former CEO and another prominent supporter of the Tampa Bay Technology Forum, a non-profit group that’s trying to expand Tampa Bay’s tech community. Blumenthal will stay on as president of Intelladon, which becomes a unit of Tribridge.
